The flagship case
Young Recron: one client problem, solved.
The client
Who asked:
Hiswa Recron NL, a Dutch recreation-sector trade body representing around 2,400 businesses.
The problem
What was broken:
The recreation sector has 16 different professions to offer, and most students never hear about a single one of them before choosing a study track. Hiswa Recron NL needed a way to put those careers in front of 14-year-olds, at a careers-fair booth or inside an mbo/vmbo classroom, without turning it into a lecture.
What got built
The panel pick, now called Young Recron:
A career-discovery game set in an isometric holiday park, choice-based rather than a quiz, guiding students through those 16 recreation professions. Built for two contexts: two-minute offline sessions at exhibition booths, and full sessions inside mbo/vmbo classrooms. An admin panel lets non-technical staff edit the questions without touching code. No accounts, no cookies, no tracking, because the players are around 14 years old. Built on Vite, React 19, TypeScript and Tailwind v4.
