Secondment of our people at your location
One or more of our AI engineers or developers work (hybrid or on-site) within your team. Not just code, but also thinking along, training together, designing together.
For example: our senior AI engineer works 2 days a week with your team, guides an AI adoption programme and trains your own developers.

Our approach
Step 1, Intake and assessment (1-2 weeks)
We map out where you stand: processes, tools, data, and team. At the end a report with concrete recommendations and a proposal for the collaboration.
Step 2, Pilot (1-2 months)
We start with one defined project that has impact and teaches. Measurable results, limited scope.
Step 3, Scale and transfer
What works in the pilot, we build out. At the same time we build your internal team. Our goal: eventually become redundant on the parts where you can be independent.

What is the minimum duration?
An Enterprise collaboration is usually agreed for 6 or 12 months, with a clear mid-evaluation moment.
Can someone from your team physically come to work with us?
Yes, on-site secondment is possible within the Netherlands. We discuss the frequency and content during the intake.
How do you handle sensitive data?
By default we work with private servers in European data centres and encryption at rest and in transit. For highly sensitive data we can work on-premise or in your own cloud.
Do you also work for the public sector?
Yes. Through Bureau Croissant (our sister company) we have specific experience with Dutch government organisations and GDPR-compliant AI projects.
What does your billing look like?
A fixed monthly amount for the core agreements, possibly supplemented with project budgets for specific deliverables. Always transparent, never surprises.
