Privacy Policy
We believe privacy is a fundamental right. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and what control you have.
1. Who we are
Maua Teams is part of Duran Group, with operations in Bali, Malang, Solo and Haarlem. For privacy questions, reach us at privacy@maua.ai.
2. What data we collect
We only collect what we need to deliver our service: your name, email address, billing details, and the content you provide through our platform. We never sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Where your data lives
All your data is processed and stored on servers within the European Union. No sub-processors outside the EU, no data exports, no shadow IT.
4. How long we keep your data
During your subscription, we retain your working data as long as needed to deliver the service. After cancellation, we delete everything within 30 days, except records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for 7 years).
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data. Send a request to privacy@maua.ai and we respond within 30 days.
6. Cookies
We only use functional cookies needed for the site to work. No tracking, no ad networks, no third-party analytics.
7. Security
Encryption in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and strict access controls within our team. In the event of a breach, we notify the Dutch Data Protection Authority within 72 hours and you as soon as possible thereafter.
