Terms & Conditions
The rules of our collaboration. We keep them short and in plain language so you know where you stand.
1. Who we are
Maua Teams is a trading name of Duran Group B.V., registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Our services are delivered under these terms.
2. Subscription and trial week
You always start with a free trial week (7 days). During this period you can cancel without reason. After the trial, the subscription runs monthly at the chosen rate.
3. Payment
Payment is via Stripe, monthly in advance. If a payment fails, we pause the service after 7 days and send a reminder. No surcharges, no collection agencies.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. No notice period, no exit fee. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Response times
For Team Assistance and Your Team we respond within 4 hours on working days. For Build Software within 2 hours. Outside office hours we are unavailable, except for critical incidents.
6. What we do and do not do
We build software, integrations, content and automation within the scope of your selected package. We do not build illegal, harmful or offensive applications. We decline work that conflicts with our values or the law.
7. Ownership
Everything we build for you — code, content, configuration — is your property. On termination of the subscription we deliver all assets in a usable format.
8. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you have paid in the past 3 months. We are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
9. Changes
We communicate changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance. If you disagree, you can cancel without consequences.
10. Governing law
Dutch law applies to this agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Haarlem.
