We map out your business: processes, pain points, and what truly requires software versus what a simple automation handles. We set up your Maua environment and private server. At the end of the week there's a concrete build plan for month 1.
Week 2, Foundation
We set up the base: database, authentication, first screens. You see progress every day via a live link.

Frequently asked questions
Who owns the software you build?
You do. Full source code, full ownership. If you stop, you get access to the server and the code. No vendor lock-in, no hidden licences.
How quickly will my software be ready?
That depends on the scope. A first usable version is usually ready within 4-6 weeks. After that we keep building every month as long as you're a client.
What if I need more or different work than fits in one month?
You can purchase an extra sprint (price on request), or we plan the work over multiple months. Transparent, always agreed upfront.
What happens when I cancel?
You get your server, your code, your data. We help you with the transfer.
Can I upgrade from Your Team?
Yes. Everything we built in Your Team comes along. You pay the Build Software rate from the next month.
